10-man Arsenal breeze past Burnley

Arsenal's dominance at the Emirates Stadium continued as they extended their unbeaten Premier League home run against newly-promoted teams to an impressive 38 matches. In a clash against Burnley, the Gunners secured a 3-1 victory, marking their 1000th goal at the iconic stadium.
Despite Burnley's challenging situation, they started energetically, with Zeki Amdouni creating an early threat that was parried away by David Raya. Arsenal, seeking inspiration without a prominent striker, had moments of brilliance, including Bukayo Saka's near-goal tipped onto the bar by James Trafford.
Burnley missed a golden opportunity when Johann Berg Gudmundsson's one-on-one chance was easily thwarted by Raya. However, defensive vulnerabilities haunted Burnley just before halftime, allowing Leandro Trossard to capitalize on Oleksandr Zinchenko's delivery and head home.
The Clarets stunned the Emirates early in the second half as Josh Brownhill's deflected shot beat Raya.
Nevertheless, defensive woes haunted Burnley again as Trossard's corner, seemingly destined for Trafford's hands, was redirected by Saliba, restoring Arsenal's lead.
Arsenal solidified their victory when Zinchenko spectacularly volleyed home from the edge of the area, capitalizing on another defensive lapse by Burnley.
Despite playing with 10 men in the final minutes due to Fabio Vieira's dismissal, Arsenal comfortably secured three points.
This win leveled Arsenal with Manchester City at the Premier League summit and positioned them above rivals Tottenham, putting to rest any doubts about their form.
