All Blacks recall Beauden Barrett for Test against Australia

Veteran Beauden Barrett, aged 33, has been reinstated to the New Zealand squad set to compete against Australia in The Rugby Championship, following four adjustments made by All Blacks head coach Scott Robertson.
Barrett, who boasts 130 Test appearances, was omitted from the starting lineup during the loss to South Africa in Cape Town. He will assume the full-back position against the Wallabies in Sydney on Saturday, taking the place of Will Jordan, who will move to the wing.
Loose-head prop Ethan de Groot has returned from a neck injury, replacing Tamaiti Williams, who will now be on the bench. Additionally, Caleb Clarke will step in for Mark Tele'a on the wing, as Tele'a has been excluded from the matchday squad.
The back three of Barrett, Jordan, and Clarke previously demonstrated their prowess when the All Blacks secured a decisive 42-10 victory over Argentina in Auckland last month.
"We have chosen a seasoned team with combinations that have delivered some of our finest performances this season," Robertson stated.
The All Blacks head coach faces scrutiny, as New Zealand has managed to win only one of their last four matches, suffering defeats in both Tests against South Africa after an unexpected home loss to Argentina in Wellington last month.
These three losses have eliminated New Zealand from the race to defend their championship title, with the Springboks currently leading the standings.
Australia finds itself at the bottom of the table, having lost three out of four matches as well. Following the Test in Sydney, Australia will head to Wellington to face the All Blacks the following week.
The teams will compete for the Bledisloe Cup, which New Zealand has held since 2003, in these consecutive matches.
"The Bledisloe Cup is highly esteemed by both teams, and we anticipate a classic encounter against our Australian adversaries," Robertson added.
All Blacks replacement full-back Ruben Love has been ruled out of both Tests against the Wallabies due to a quadricep injury, while prop Fletcher Newell is unavailable due to a calf strain.
Australia is expected to announce their team later on Thursday.
