Allisha Gray shines as Dream defeat Fever 77-58; Caitlin Clark misses fifth straight game

Allisha Gray delivered a dominant performance with 23 points, leading the Atlanta Dream to a 77-58 win over the Indiana Fever, who were once again without star rookie Caitlin Clark, sidelined for a fifth straight game with a left quadriceps strain.
Gray sparked an 11-0 third-quarter run with a steal and block, helping Atlanta turn a narrow halftime lead into a 47-37 advantage. She later buried a key 3-pointer to extend the gap to 54-42. The Dream outscored the Fever 23-9 in the third quarter, putting the game out of reach.
Brionna Jones added a season-high 21 points, giving Atlanta their second win over Indiana in three meetings this season.
Fever continue to struggle without Clark
Indiana’s Natasha Howard posted a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, but the Fever’s offense faltered again without Clark and Sophie Cunningham, both out with injuries.
Coach Stephanie White confirmed pregame that Clark had taken part in light practice on Monday in a “controlled environment” but emphasized caution: “The most important thing for us is to not position ourselves to have any setbacks.”
Clark, present on the bench, is expected to increase practice intensity this week but remains day-to-day.
