Alonso eyes Red Bull but feels there's 'zero chance' of Verstappen leaving

Fernando Alonso, the Aston Martin rival of triple world champion Max Verstappen, stated on Thursday that Verstappen will remain with Red Bull for the upcoming season. Alonso dismissed any possibility of Verstappen's departure being the unexpected twist in this year's drivers market.
Alonso, a double champion, is one of several drivers whose contracts are expiring at the end of the season.
Verstappen, on the other hand, has a contract with Red Bull until 2028. However, there are concerns about his future due to strained relations between his father Jos and team principal Christian Horner.
Alonso expressed his opinion that if Verstappen were to leave Red Bull, it could have an impact on the driver market. He emphasized the need to focus on his own decisions and plans for the future.
Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff, who is losing Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari, mentioned Verstappen as a potential replacement. Other drivers like Alonso,
Carlos Sainz, and Kimi Antonelli were also considered as options. Verstappen, however, reiterated his contentment with Red Bull and stated that he was not currently considering any future moves.
