Arctos Partners takes minority stake in Paris Saint-Germain

Over a decade ago, Qatar Sports Investments (QSI) assumed sole ownership of the Parisian club, PSG, securing nine Ligue 1 titles since.
Arctos recently acquired a 12.5% stake valued at €530 million (£455 million), contributing to PSG's €4.25 billion (£3.6 billion) total worth.
This investment aims to fuel PSG's growth, supporting strategic initiatives like stadium development and the training center in suburban Paris.
Arctos offers strategic services for international expansion, engaging fans worldwide, and exploring global sports investment opportunities.
Despite the significant acquisition, PSG assures no influence on on-field matters, emphasizing its historical importance.
In November 2022, discussions regarding a 15% club sale were confirmed by Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG's chairman. While successful domestically,
PSG seeks Champions League victory, with challenges both on and off the field, including negotiations for their home stadium and potential acquisition of the Stade de France.
Arctos, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Dallas, has previously invested in prominent sports organizations, including the NBA's Golden State Warriors and the English Premier League club Liverpool.
