Arsenal's Bukayo Saka disappointed with Liverpool's draw, as he reaches 50 Premier League goals

Bukayo Saka achieved the distinction of being the youngest Arsenal player to score 50 Premier League goals upon his return from a hamstring injury during the 2-2 draw against Liverpool on Sunday.
Despite this personal milestone, the winger expressed disappointment at the loss of two points after coming close to securing a vital victory.
Having sustained his injury in England's recent defeat to Greece, Saka made an early impact in the match, reaching the 50-goal mark at the age of 23 years and 52 days. This places him as the seventh youngest player in Premier League history to achieve this feat, just eight days older than Harry Kane was when he scored his 50th goal.
Liverpool icon Robbie Fowler holds the record as the youngest player to reach this milestone at 20 years and 252 days, followed by notable strikers such as Michael Owen, Wayne Rooney, and Romelu Lukaku, with Cristiano Ronaldo being the fifth youngest.
"I dislike missing matches, so I was thrilled to return. I had this game in mind for my comeback, and I felt good on the pitch, pleased to score early," Saka remarked on Arsenal's official website.
"We are disappointed. I believe we did not perform at our best for the full 90 minutes, which ultimately cost us. We feel we should have secured the win."
Manager Mikel Arteta also commended Saka's consistency as a positive aspect of the match, which saw key players Gabriel Magalhaes and Jurrien Timber exit due to injuries.
"Considering he had been out for a few weeks, his performance and competitiveness were exceptional. We had several significant individual performances within the team," Arteta stated.
Currently in third place, Arsenal, who suffered a defeat against Bournemouth last weekend, now find themselves five points behind league leaders Manchester City. They will continue their league campaign against Newcastle United on Saturday.
