While De Minaur made twice as many unforced errors as Rublev (22 to 11), he still managed to dominate most aspects of the match. Despite being down 4-2 in the first-set tiebreaker, he rallied to win four consecutive points before securing his second set point.
In the third set, he impressively won 17 out of 22 first-serve points and successfully saved all three break points he faced.
