ATP roundup: Jack Draper opens Adelaide with statement win

Draper dominated his match, hitting 17 winners and not facing a single break point in his 78-minute victory. His next opponent will be Miomir Kecmanovic from Serbia, who won 6-4, 6-2 against Mackenzie McDonald.
In another exciting match, Alexander Shevchenko from Russia caused an upset by defeating the sixth seed Tomas Martin Etcheverry from Argentina in a thrilling 7-6 (4), 4-6, 7-5 battle.
Meanwhile, Dusan Lajovic from Serbia staged a comeback to secure a 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 victory against Australia's Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Botic Van De Zandschulp from the Netherlands displayed a strong performance, saving the only break point he faced in a 7-6 (5), 6-2 upset against the fifth seed Christopher Eubanks from New Zealand.
Van De Zandschulp won an impressive 89 percent of his first-service points and committed only five unforced errors. He will now face Chilean qualifier Alejandro Tabilo, who emerged as a 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 winner over Croatia's Borna Gojo.
Additionally, several players advanced to the second round, including French qualifiers Alexandre Muller and Luca van Assche, Germany's Daniel Altmaier, Portugal's Nuno Borges, Japan's Taro Daniel, and Hungary's Fabian Marozsan.
