Bologna 3-3 Juventus: Old Lady stage stunning comeback to snatch draw in six-goal thriller

Juventus' substitutes, Arkadiusz Milik and Kenan Yildiz, scored two late goals to assist their team in overcoming a three-goal deficit and securing a 3-3 draw against Bologna. This remarkable comeback allowed the Old Lady to extend their unbeaten streak to 23 matches at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara.
Following the abrupt departure of Massimiliano Allegri last week, Juventus appeared to be lacking direction and struggled in the opening 10 minutes against Bologna.
Bologna immediately applied pressure, with Remo Freuler testing Wojciech Szczesny with a curling strike in the first minute.
Unfortunately, the Polish goalkeeper couldn't save Juventus from conceding as Riccardo Calafiori capitalized on a loose ball in the area and fired a high shot into the net from the resulting corner.
The situation worsened for interim manager Paolo Montero on his Juventus debut as Bologna continued to exploit the visitor's defense.
Santiago Castro extended the host's lead by meeting Kacper Urbanski's cross with a powerful header past Szczesny.
Although Jens Odgaard thought he had added a third goal, his tap-in was ruled out for offside. Juventus, now in a state of shock, faced the daunting task of breaking through Bologna's solid defense, which had only conceded nine Serie A goals at home this season. The Bianconeri showed little sign of making a breakthrough before halftime.
Any hopes of Juventus ending their dismal run of eight away matches without a victory were shattered shortly after the break when Bologna overwhelmed Juventus in midfield, allowing Calafiori to break free and chip the ball over the onrushing Szczesny.
Just when it seemed like the game was sealed, Federico Chiesa responded by dispossessing Jhon Lucumí and scoring an unstoppable strike past Skorupsk. Arkadiusz Milik then added to the comeback with a deflected free-kick that flew into the top corner.
Suddenly, Juventus had the momentum, and their comeback was complete when Kenan Yildiz's 20-yard strike found the bottom corner, eluding the outstretched Skorupski.
Thiago Motta's Bologna had conceded just one second-half goal at home in Serie A this season, and the Rossoblu will be frustrated after giving up such a comfortable lead to share the spoils.
Despite a complete lack of threat for 76 minutes, Juventus, with the assistance of Montero's super sub duo, ultimately demonstrated enough quality to secure a sixth consecutive Serie A draw.
