Celta Vigo 0-1 Real Madrid: Bellingham scores again as Real edge Celta

Jude Bellingham kept his name in the spotlight on Friday evening, scoring a late winner for Real Madrid against Celta Vigo.

While the first half was uneventful, the game was marred by an injury to Vinícius Júnior,who had to be replaced in the first 20 minutes.

After the break, however, the game exploded into life, and it appeared as if Real Madrid would take the lead they deserved when the visitors were awarded a penalty.

However, Rodrygo's penalty-kick was denied in style by Iván Villar, who was putting on a show in the Celta goal.

Carlo Ancelotti, visibly frustrated, urged his team on, but with a raucous home crowd behind them, Celta remained rock-solid at the back.

Celta appeared to be holding on for a brave draw, but Real Madrid's newest La Liga sensation, Jude Bellingham, popped up with a headed goal in the final 10 minutes to silence the Estadio de Balados and snatch all three points.
