Colombia set to face off with Argentina in Copa América final on Sunday

James Rodriguez showcased his exceptional skills by providing his sixth assist of the tournament, leading to Jefferson Lerma's goal from a corner kick. This goal proved to be crucial in Colombia's win over Uruguay in a thrilling semi-final match.

In the quarter-finals, Colombia dominated Panama with a 5-0 victory, with James Rodriguez playing a key role in orchestrating the team's success.

On the other hand, Argentina advanced to the final after defeating Canada 2-0 in the semi-finals, with Julian Alvarez and Lionel Messi finding the back of the net.

Their quarter-final match was more challenging, as they had to rely on goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez's heroics to secure a penalty shootout victory after a 1-1 draw in regular time.

Argentina holds the record for the most Copa América titles, having won the tournament 15 times. In contrast, Colombia has only won the title once, back in 2001 when they hosted the tournament.

The Copa América 2024 final is scheduled to kick off at 20:00 local time in Miami, Florida on Sunday.
