Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has finally opened up about why he has not married his longtime partner, Georgina Rodríguez, despite their nine-year relationship and growing family.

The Al-Nassr forward, who has been dating Georgina since 2016, has frequently faced questions about when he will make things official. While the couple shares a deep bond, Ronaldo insists that marriage will happen at the right time, but only when they both feel the “click.”

“I always tell her [Georgina] that when we get that click—like everything in our life—it will happen," Ronaldo said. "It could be in a year, six months, or even a month. I’m 1000% sure it will happen."

Meanwhile, Georgina revealed that even their children frequently tease her about the wedding. “They [My darlings] are always joking, asking, ‘When is the wedding?’ Since Jennifer Lopez’s song The Ring came out, they’ve been singing it to me,” she said, laughing.
