Former Argentina striker Carlos Tevez hospitalised with chest pain

Carlos Tevez, the former Argentina international and current coach of Club Atletico Independiente, has been admitted to the hospital due to chest pain, according to a statement from the Argentine club.
Tevez, who had a successful career as a striker for Boca Juniors, Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus, took over as the coach of Independiente in August 2023. The Buenos Aires-based club confirmed that Tevez was hospitalized at the Trinidad Hospital in San Isidro after experiencing chest pain.
The hospital conducted the necessary tests, which yielded satisfactory results. As a precautionary measure, Tevez will remain hospitalized until all the required studies are completed.
Throughout his career, Tevez achieved great success, winning multiple titles including two Premier League titles with United, one with City, and two Serie A titles with Juventus. After retiring from professional football in 2021, Tevez briefly served as the coach of Rosario Central in 2022.
