Francesco Bagnaia claims third consecutive Dutch MotoGP

Francesco Bagnaia secured his third consecutive victory at the Dutch MotoGP, surpassing championship leader Jorge Martin. Enea Bastianini finished third at Assen.

Starting from pole position, Bagnaia dominated the race on his Ducati, showcasing a flawless performance and concluding a remarkable weekend following his triumph in the sprint race on Saturday.

Demonstrating exceptional riding skills, the Turin native managed to narrow Martin's championship lead to just 10 points as he aims for a third consecutive world title.

Expressing his thoughts on the race, Bagnaia stated, "It's amazing. I had to push hard from the beginning and struggled a bit with the rear tire. However, I kept improving with each lap."

Describing his performance, Bagnaia added, "We were extremely fast and precise... I am extremely pleased," highlighting his record-breaking achievements at Assen.
