European Championship newcomers Georgia earned their first point of the tournament with a 1-1 draw against the Czech Republic on Saturday, leaving both teams needing to win their final Group F game to have any chance of advancing.
Georges Mikautadze scored a stoppage-time penalty at the end of the first half to put Georgia ahead, but Patrik Schick equalised in the 59th minute when Ondrej Lingr's glancing header from a corner rebounded off the far post and onto his chest.
Both the Czechs and Georgia lost their first games and, with one point each, will be under intense pressure to win their final group games on Wednesday.
Portugal and Turkey face off later in Dortmund in the other Group F game on Saturday.
