Jordan Love shines as the Packers extend the Lions' Thanksgiving Day misery.

On Thanksgiving Day, Jordan Love threw for 268 yards and three touchdowns as the visiting Green Bay Packers defeated NFC North leader Detroit, 29-22.

Detroit has now lost seven straight on Thanksgiving Day.

Christian Watson caught five passes for 94 yards and a touchdown for Green Bay. Jonathan Owens scored on a fumble return, while AJ Dillon gained 81 yards rushing and receiving.

Detroit's Jared Goff threw for 332 yards and two touchdowns but also fumbled three times. Amon-Ra St. Brown caught nine passes for 95 yards, while David Montgomery rushed for 71 yards and a touchdown.

Both teams scored touchdowns on their first drives. On the Packers' first play from scrimmage, Love connected with Watson for a 53-yard pass. The possession was completed by a 10-yard pass from Love to Jayden Reed.

Following a 31-yard gain, Goff connected with Sam LaPorta for a 7-yard scoring strike. Riley Patterson failed to convert the extra point, leaving Detroit trailing 7-6.

Green Bay responded with a 75-yard drive, which was capped off by Love's 10-yard pass to Tucker Kraft.

When Goff fumbled while being sacked, the Packers increased their lead to 14 points. Owens scored from 27 yards out after scooping the ball up on one bounce. Anders Carlson failed to convert the extra point.

Carlson hit a 43-yard field goal in the second quarter to give the Packers a 23-6 lead at the half.

Detroit scored on its first possession of the second half on Montgomery's 6-yard run.

Later in the quarter, the Lions attempted a fake punt run that failed, giving Green Bay the ball on Detroit's 23. On third down, Watson caught a 16-yard touchdown pass from Love. A two-point conversion attempt was unsuccessful, leaving the score at 29-14.

Midway through the fourth quarter, Goff threw an incompletion on fourth down deep in Green Bay territory.

Goff connected with Josh Reynolds for a 12-yard touchdown pass and then hit LaPorta for the two-point conversion with 41 seconds remaining. The Packers recovered the onside kick, effectively putting the game to rest.
