Lazio beat bitter rivals Roma to book Coppa Italia semi-final berth

Zaccagni ended the deadlock by converting a penalty kick six minutes into the second half, capitalizing on Dean Huijsen's foul on Taty Castellanos.
Roma came close to equalizing late in the game, but Lazio goalkeeper Christos Mandate made an impressive save to deny Andrea Belotti's half-volley.
Adding to the challenges faced by Roma manager Jose Mourinho, his Argentine forward Paulo Dybala had to be substituted at half time due to an injury.
"In the first half, I felt that we displayed the most character and were well organized, but the loss of Dybala changed everything," Mourinho expressed to Mediaset.
"Without Paulo, the connection between our attack and defense is disrupted, which results in a drop in quality level.
"I am slightly disappointed with certain individuals, as they should be doing more. We put in a lot of effort to get the ball to the flanks, but then fail to deliver accurate crosses."
Romelu Lukaku came close to equalizing for Roma in the final moments of the game, but his overhead kick narrowly missed the target.
Tensions escalated in added time when Lazio's Pedro received a second yellow card following an altercation with Leandro Paredes, and Roma's Sardar Azmoun was shown a red card for striking Nicolo Rovella.
After the final whistle, Roma's Gianluca Mancini was given a red card for dissent.
Lazio will face either Juventus or Frosinone, who will compete on Thursday, in the semi-finals.
