Manchester United set to extend duo contract's

Manchester United is set to automatically extend the contracts of Victor Lindelof and Aaron Wan-Bissaka by one year, a move aimed at safeguarding the players' market value.
Both defenders have been the subject of transfer speculations during the summer transfer window, but United's strategy, as reported by the Manchester Evening News, is to maintain their contractual ties until at least the summer of 2025, with plans to subsequently negotiate new agreements.
Wan-Bissaka, who often serves as the first-choice defender when he's fit, stands a better chance of securing a long-term stay with the club. On the other hand, Lindelof currently serves as a backup, primarily behind Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez, particularly when the entire defensive roster is in good fit and available for selection.
