Mauricio Pochettino frustrated by Chelsea's inconsistency after thrashing at Arsenal

Mauricio Pochettino, the 52-year-old manager of Chelsea, expressed his frustration with his team's inconsistency following their 5-0 defeat against Arsenal in the Premier League on Tuesday.
This disappointing result came just days after their close loss to Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final. The scoring was initiated by Leandro Trossard at the Emirates, but Ben White and former Chelsea player Kai Havertz both scored twice in the second half, securing Arsenal's largest-ever victory in this fixture.
This defeat came as a setback for Chelsea, who had previously gone unbeaten in eight league matches. It also dealt a blow to their aspirations of securing a European spot for the next season.
Pochettino addressed the media, stating, "When we have bad days, we are so bad. When we are good, we are capable of everything." He refused to place blame on the players, acknowledging the challenges they faced against a team vying for the Premier League title. He emphasized that he would not make unfair statements to describe his team, players, or squad.
Looking ahead, Chelsea's next match is an away game against fourth-placed Aston Villa on Saturday, followed by a home match against fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur on May 2.
