Mauricio Pochettino tells Chelsea squad to get outside their comfort zone

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has stated that his players must avoid becoming complacent during games and must demand more of themselves in order to win the Premier League.
Last year, Chelsea invested over 400 million pounds ($510 million) to acquire 13 new players. However, despite this significant expenditure, the team's young squad has struggled to maintain consistency.
Following a disappointing 2-2 draw against relegation-threatened Burnley, Chelsea currently sits in 12th place in the league standings.
When asked if he believes his squad's mindset is preventing them from reaching their full potential, Pochettino agreed.
He stressed the need to never become too comfortable during games, as it can lead to a decline in performance and standards.
Pochettino cited the last game as an example of why Chelsea is still in the process of building something and not achieving the desired results.
To overcome these challenges, Pochettino emphasized the importance of developing a winning mentality.
He stated that both individual players and the team as a whole need to demand more from themselves and their teammates. While the potential is there, Chelsea must focus on winning in the present moment.
