Napoli 0-2 Bologna: Visitors on the brink of Champions League qualification after win

Bologna defeated Napoli 2-0 in Serie A on Saturday, extending last season's champions' winless streak to five games.

Bologna took the lead in the ninth minute when forward Dan Ndoye scored from close range, and three minutes later, defender Stefan Posch doubled the lead after a corner.

Napoli should have equalised shortly after when they were awarded a penalty for Remo Freuler's foul on Victor Osimhen, but Federico Ravaglia saved Matteo Politano's low shot.

Bologna have moved up to third place with 67 points, leapfrogging Juventus (66), who host relegated Salernitana this Sunday. Napoli rank eighth with 51 points.
