On a busy Tuesday evening filled with numerous games, the Toronto Maple Leafs, Detroit Red Wings, and Dallas Stars each secured their fifth consecutive victory.

In the matchup between the Maple Leafs (27-13-2) and the Flyers (17-19-5), the teams exchanged goals throughout the first and second periods, resulting in a 2-2 tie. Travis Konecny (20) netted both goals for Philadelphia, while John Tavares (20) and Auston Matthews (13) contributed the initial goals for Toronto.

The decisive moment came in the third period when Matthew Knies (16) scored, clinching a 3-2 victory for the Maple Leafs and extending their lead in the Atlantic Division.

In another closely contested game, the Red Wings (18-18-4) faced off against the Senators (19-17-3), with both teams trading goals to reach a 2-2 stalemate before overtime. Dylan Larkin (17) and Joe Veleno (5) found the net for Detroit, while Thomas Chabot (3) and Brady Tkachuk (18) scored for Ottawa.

Veteran forward Patrick Kane (9) delivered the game-winning goal, securing a fifth straight win for the Red Wings. Both teams recorded 32 shots on goal.

The Stars (25-13-1) engaged in a thrilling encounter against the Rangers (18-20-2), where New York initially scored three consecutive goals before Dallas responded with three of their own.

The teams each added a goal in the third period, leading to overtime, where Jamie Benn (11) scored the decisive goal.

Alexis Lafrenière (11) scored twice for New York, while Vincent Trocheck (12) added two more. For Dallas, goals came from Matt Duchene (16), Evgenii Dadonov (11), Jason Robertson (10), and Thomas Harley (6).

Additionally, the Edmonton Oilers achieved a four-game winning streak with a 4-0 shutout against the Boston Bruins, highlighted by two goals from Adam Henrique (5).

In other results, the Columbus Blue Jackets triumphed over the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3, with Kirill Marchenko scoring the game-winner in the shootout.

The Tampa Bay Lightning secured a 3-2 victory against the Carolina Hurricanes, while the Minnesota Wild scored four unanswered goals in their 6-4 win over the St. Louis Blues.

The Winnipeg Jets maintain their supremacy following a 5-2 victory against the Nashville Predators.
