In Thursday night's thrilling match, Mason Lohrei secured the game-winning goal with just 4 minutes and 37 seconds remaining in the third period. Adding to the excitement, Morgan Geekie achieved his first-ever career hat trick, leading the Boston Bruins to a 5-4 victory over the visiting Vegas Golden Knights.

Boston surrendered a 3-0 advantage when Chandler Stephenson found the back of the net while his team was short-handed at 5:01 of the third period, leveling the score at 4-4.

Nevertheless, Kevin Shattenkirk's assist set up Lohrei for a power-play goal that secured the victory shortly after defenseman Matt Grzelcyk's penalty had expired.

The Anaheim Ducks defeated the San Jose Sharks 6-4, with Adam Henrique contributing a goal and two assists for the visiting team.

In a thrilling overtime matchup, the Buffalo Sabres emerged victorious against the Tampa Bay Lightning with a final score of 3-2.

Rasmus Dahlin of the Sabres sealed the deal with a power-play goal just 1 minute and 42 seconds into the extra period. This win marks the fourth victory in the last five games for Buffalo.

The game took an exciting turn when Nikita Kucherov of the Lightning was penalized for hooking Tage Thompson early in overtime. Seizing the opportunity,

Dahlin capitalized on a give-and-go play with Casey Mittelstadt to secure the win for the Sabres. This victory further solidifies Buffalo's impressive record of 8-2-0 in road matches since January 1.
