In response to the news, the Super Eagle expressed his joy, stating, "I am thrilled, excited, and feel a strong sense of belonging. It's truly wonderful to continue my journey with the Club."
He further added, "My family is settled here, and whenever my name is mentioned back home, Leicester is also associated with it. Being part of this ongoing journey is truly amazing." Ndidi emphasized that his decision to extend his contract was made easier due to his family's comfort and stability in the city.
As one of the longest-serving players at Leicester City, Ndidi highlighted the positive discussions he had with manager Steve Cooper, which influenced his choice to stay at the club.
He mentioned, "I had the opportunity to talk to Cooper during the holidays, and his ideas were impressive. I am excited to collaborate with him and look forward to the future."
Despite scoring six goals during the 2023/24 English Championship season, Ndidi remains open to playing any role within the Leicester City squad moving forward.
