Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham eyes trophies in his first season

Jude Bellingham, aged 20, expressed his ambitions of clinching both LaLiga and Champions League titles with Real Madrid this season.
Additionally, he aims to triumph in the Euros with the England national team this summer. Bellingham shared these aspirations after being honored with the Breakthrough of the Year award at the Laureus ceremony on Monday.
Since joining Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund for a staggering fee of 103 million euros ($109 million) during the previous transfer window, Bellingham has already netted 21 goals for the club.
His most recent goal came in added time, securing a remarkable 3-2 comeback victory over Barcelona on Sunday. This triumph has propelled Real Madrid to an impressive 11-point lead over their rivals.
Regarding his trophy targets, Bellingham affirmed, "It’s definitely something I want to do." He acknowledged the remaining matches in LaLiga that need to be concluded before facing the challenging task of competing against Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-finals.
Looking ahead to the Euros, Bellingham expressed his hope of building upon the team's recent tournament performances and striving for an even better outcome.
Bellingham's influence at Real has been unquestionable. His teammates have commended his exceptional leadership skills, and he currently holds the title of the league's second-highest goal scorer with 17 goals, trailing only behind Girona's Artem Dovbyk.
Since his debut in 2020, Bellingham has represented England in 29 matches and has successfully netted three goals.
As Euro 2024 approaches, England finds themselves grouped alongside Slovenia, Denmark, and Serbia. The tournament is set to commence on June 14.
