Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou content with home draw against Fulham

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou expressed satisfaction with the team's 1-1 draw against Fulham. Brennan Johnson initially put Spurs in the lead, but Tom Cairney equalized for the visitors before receiving a red card late in the match.
Postecoglou remarked, "It was a challenging and closely contested match, with limited opportunities for both teams. We began strongly and should have taken the lead, but then they had their moments, and Fraser (Forster) made some excellent saves.
Unfortunately, we were unable to capitalize on our chances. We attempted to gain momentum towards the end when they were reduced to ten men, but we could not convert that into a win.
"I understand that people reference our victory against Man City, but in that match, I was able to bring on Johnson and (Timo) Werner, with (Guglielmo) Vicario in goal. While some may seek easy targets, the challenges our players face are clear.
"We must safeguard our players, as our options are limited, and we will manage their workload as effectively as possible.
"I have received inquiries regarding the Man City match, and in the past week, we have faced significant challenges. It is unrealistic to expect us to perform at that level in every game.
"At this club, our successes are often used against us, and we cannot allow ourselves to be affected by that. I believe our current players are diligently working towards our goals, and we remain in a solid position in the league."
