Taylor Swift cheer on Travis Kelce at Super Bowl 2024

The game took place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Swift arrived on Sunday afternoon accompanied by her mother, close friend Blake Lively, and rapper Ice Spice, with whom she shared a Grammy nomination this year.

Swift looked stunning in an all-black outfit with a touch of silver sparkle, and she casually draped a red-and-white jacket over her shoulder.

Videos captured Swift in a suite before the game, where she warmly embraced Jason Kelce and introduced him to Ice Spice. It's worth noting that these suites don't come cheap, with prices reportedly reaching up to $1.8 million, as reported by CBSSports.com. Another video showed Swift engaging in conversation with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Prior to her Super Bowl appearance, Swift's private jet landed in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon. This followed her successful four-concert run for the Eras Tour in Tokyo, Japan.

According to CBS Los Angeles, Swift had to deal with a 17-hour time difference between Tokyo and Vegas. Despite the late hour, she managed to perform her final song in Tokyo, rush to Haneda Airport, and make it back to the U.S. with ample time before Sunday's kickoff.

During the game, the Kansas City Chiefs initially trailed behind the San Francisco 49ers. However, they made a remarkable comeback and tied the score at 19-19, ultimately sending the game into overtime.

The 49ers managed to score a field goal, taking the lead, but the Chiefs responded with a touchdown, securing a 25-22 victory and their third Super Bowl championship in just five years.

Following the win, Swift joined Kelce on the field to celebrate their triumph. It's worth noting that Swift's consistent presence at Kelce's games in recent months has become a cultural phenomenon.

Her support has attracted a significant number of Swifties to NFL viewership, resulting in increased sales of game tickets, jerseys, memorabilia, and streaming subscriptions. Additionally, it has led to the hosting of watch parties, as reported by LendingTree.

According to CBS MoneyWatch, LendingTree analyst Matt Schulz mentioned that there is a significant number of individuals who are now more inclined to watch the Super Bowl due to the participation of the Chiefs and the potential presence of Taylor Swift.

Fortunately for these fans, they can already anticipate glimpses of Swift embracing Lively, expressing anticipation by covering her mouth during intense moments, and enthusiastically supporting Kelce, as these moments have become a regular feature of this year's Super Bowl.
