UWCL: Lyon beat PSG to cruise into women's Champions League final

Olympique Lyonnais defeated Paris St Germain 2-1 in the second leg of their all-French Champions League semi-final on Sunday, completing a 5-3 aggregate win and securing a final against Barcelona in Bilbao on May 25.
Lyon had overcome a 2-0 deficit to win the first leg 3-2 after a thrilling comeback, and fullback Selma Bacha scored their first goal in the third minute, catching the PSG keeper off guard and drilling a low shot into the bottom right corner.
Four minutes before halftime, the home team responded through striker Tabitha Chawinga, who picked up the ball outside the box before advancing and lashing a left-footed effort across the goal and into the far post for her fifth Champions League goal of the season.
Lyon, the eight-time champions, squandered several good second-half chances before Melchie Dumornay scored the winning goal in the 81st minute to seal a 5-3 aggregate victory.
On Saturday, Barcelona came back from a 1-0 deficit to defeat Chelsea 2-0 on Saturday, with goals from Aitana Bonmati and Fridolina Rolfo.
The two teams have won the last eight Champions League finals, with Lyon defeating Barcelona in both 2019 and 2022.
"It means everything - we've worked so hard this past year to get back to this point," Lyon midfielder Lindsey Horan told UEFA.com.
"Going into this season, we knew this was a goal of ours. That's the standard this club sets. I'm so proud of this team."
Lyon coach Sonia Bompastor said the two games were extremely difficult.
"We knew that would be the case - this is a Paris side that has produced two good performances," she said.
