Werder Bremen 0-5 Bayern Munich: Bavarians maintain perfect start as Michael Olise sinks Bremen

Bayern Munich, known for their prolific scoring, continued their flawless start to the Bundesliga season as Michael Olise (22) netted two goals and assisted two others, leading the team to a decisive 5-0 triumph over Werder Bremen at the Weserstadion on Saturday.
The Bavarians, who experienced an unexpected 1-0 loss to Bremen in their previous league encounter in January, comfortably secured the victory, accumulating 12 points from four matches.
"Olise is an exceptional player. We have a strong understanding and communicate frequently. The more we play together, the better our chemistry will become. He possesses significant talent," remarked Bayern forward Jamal Musiala to Sky Sports.
Winger Olise, who joined from Premier League side Crystal Palace for a reported fee of 60 million euros ($66.97 million) in July, has swiftly made his mark in the starting lineup. He once again justified manager Vincent Kompany's trust by playing a crucial role in Bayern's offensive efforts.
Bayern, having scored 20 goals in three matches across all competitions, took the lead in the 23rd minute when Harry Kane intercepted the ball at the edge of the penalty area and passed it to Olise, who expertly placed his shot beyond goalkeeper Michael Zetterer.
The French winger skillfully maneuvered into Bremen's penalty area in the 32nd minute, where his cut-back was converted by Musiala.
Following the interval, Bayern maintained their offensive pressure, with Olise setting up Kane for a shot from the edge of the box, resulting in the striker's 41st Bundesliga goal, thus establishing him as the highest-scoring English player in the history of the German top flight.
Olise scored his fifth goal in three matches with a superb sidefooted finish into the top corner, and substitute Serge Gnabry completed the scoring in the 65th minute.
"It has been an excellent week. I commend the team for their attitude and mentality," Kane remarked to Sky Sports.
"Our performance both on and off the ball has been impressive. The squad is being utilized effectively, the players are becoming fitter, and we continued to push for more goals even after scoring three, four, or five."
Bayern played without their experienced goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, who was initially included in the starting lineup but withdrew after the warm-up due to a thigh injury; however, this alteration had minimal impact.
Deputy goalkeeper Sven Ulreich remained largely unchallenged throughout the match, facing no shots on target from a lackluster Bremen offense.
In the final 15 minutes of the match, Bayern eased off the intensity, likely conserving energy for an upcoming challenging encounter against reigning champions Bayer Leverkusen next Saturday.
